  • Built circa 1790
  • Called ‘The River House’ as it used to be the toll keeper’s house at the Shenandoah River crossing.
  • Vintage completed needed foundation and mechanical system repairs in the lower level and around the perimeter
  • Rebuilt both the front and back porches
  • We are working with Ken Livingston, of Main Street Architecture – Berryville, VA
