Vintage Inc. restored the 200 year old flooring and renovated the the existing porch of this 18th century stone/wood home in Waterford, VA.
Our team patched ~100 ft² of worn heart pine wood, and hand scraped ~250ft² of flooring, preserving of the varying thicknesses of the original hand-made boards. We refinished with tung oil, giving the new flooring a protective barrier while maintaining the historic integrity of the home. We re-framed part of existing porch, and re-floored entirely with mahogany and finished with boat varnish.
